Refund Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you 7 days (1 week) after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you  instructions on how and when the package will be picked up.

  • Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We DO NOT EXCHANGE products under any circumstance (such as dislike, colour mismatch, doesn't suit your liking or personality). Only Return / Refund is offered. We ONLY EXCHANGE damaged products or products wrongly sent in an order.

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • All products available on website that are readily available and not customised for any detail / any product​

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • ​Any Product that was customised as per customer requirements OR any ready product with additional requested customisation.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

  • Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

  • Submit us Photos and video of the damaged product

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as freebies or products received as a promotional offer and gift cards.

REFUND:

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected the product you have returned.

  • If approved (that is product is received in original condition as received), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 working business days.

  • Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
